Aycock Scholarships
William McQuitter and Ivory Douglas have won Aycock Alumni scholarships for 2010.
At left (L-R) assistant treasurer Agnes Molden and secretary-treasurer Lon Williams present a scholarship to McQuitter, who will attend Christian Life Center Academy in Houston. At right, Molden and Lee Alcorn, Alumni Association president, present scholarships to Texas State University-bound Douglas. Amounts will be determined later. Douglas is a descendant of Carrie Richards Douglas (class of 1950), and (Eural C. Cato class of 1955.) McQuitter is a descendant of Edna Anderson Mitchell, (class of 1943.)
